What is the difference between codes and accounts?
A code is activated on your personal account, allowing you to download and play the game directly without needing to add any other accounts or profiles to your device. Accounts, on the other hand, consist of an email and password that you add as a user or profile on your device. There are 3 types of accounts on Xbox: Full account, Home account, and Sign-in account. The differences between them are as follows:
Full Account
This is a full account where you can change its details and fully own it without sharing it with anyone. You can also share it with a friend. It includes both Home and Sign-in accounts.
Sign-in Account
The device must be connected to the internet, and you need to sign in to the account to play. You don’t have to play from the same account; you can play from any account on the device after signing in to the account associated with the game or subscription. After that, you can switch back to your main account.
Home Account
You can play with this account whether you’re online or offline from any account on the device without needing to sign in to the account every time.
How to Add an Account to the Device and Set it as Home?
1- Click on “Add new”
2- A field will appear where you enter the email and password as shown in the image.
3- After signing in, some messages may appear. Skip them by clicking “No” or “Skip”.
4- The most important step: After logging in, go to Settings > General > Personalization > My Home Xbox, and enable “Make this my home Xbox” as shown in the image. Now the account is set as Home. The most important thing is to delete it from the device afterward and play with your personal account or any other account on the device.
5- To delete the account, go to Settings as shown in the image, click “Remove accounts,” and then select the account you set as Home and click “Remove.”
6- How to find and download the game associated with the account: Go to My Games & Apps > Full Library > All Owned Games (if you bought a game account). If you bought a subscription account, go to the subscription type as shown in the image, and you’ll find the subscription games ready to download.
Here’s how to activate a code if you received one from us and don’t know how to redeem it:
1- Download an app called Free VPN from your phone’s store. Here are the links for Android and iPhone. This is a free VPN app. Choose the country associated with the code. To know which country the code belongs to, check the email we sent you with the code. I recommend not using any other VPN app except this one to ensure the code works.

2- Go to the Xbox website using this link:
Enter the code in the field that appears and activate it. Make sure the VPN is connected to the country associated with the code before entering it. If you still get an error code and it doesn’t work, check the third method below.
3- Make sure the account region is not set to Egypt. To check, go to this link: https://account.microsoft.com/profile, sign in to your account, and check the region. It’s best to set it to USA, then click Save. Wait a minute or two, refresh the page, and confirm the region has changed. Then go back to the previous steps and activate the code, and it should work.
