Games Industry announced the top selling games in the United States during April 2020. Final Fantasy VII Remake managed to take the top spot. Modern Warfare followed it in the second and then Animal Crossing got the third.
Final Fantasy VII Remake is available only on PlayStation 4 for a limited time. The game will launch on Xbox One and PC next year.
