What’s the difference between codes and accounts?
The advantage of a code is that you activate it on your personal account and immediately download the game and play without needing to add any other accounts or users on your device. Accounts, on the other hand, are email and password combinations that you add as users to your device. There are 3 types of accounts on Xbox: Full Account, Home Account, and Sign-In Account. Here’s the difference between them:
Full Account
This is a full account where you can change its data and fully own it without sharing it with anyone. You can also share it with a friend. It consists of a Home account and a Sign-In account.
Sign-In Account
The device must be connected to the internet and you need to sign in to the account to play. However, you don’t have to play on the same account. You can play from any account on the device, but after signing in with the account for the game or subscription, you can switch back to your main account.
Home Account
You can play using this account whether online or offline from any account on the device without needing to sign in every time.
How to add an account to the device and set it as Home?
1- Press “Add new”
2- You will see a field where you need to enter the email and password, as shown in the image.
3- After signing in, you may get some messages like this, just click “Skip” or “No.”
4- The most important step is to go to “Settings”, then “General”, then “Personalization”, and then “My Home Xbox.” Check the box that says “Make this account Home” as shown in the image. After this, the account is set as Home. The most important thing is to remove it from the device afterward and play using your personal account or any other account on your device.
5- To remove the account, go to Settings as shown in the image, press “Remove accounts,” select the account you made Home, and click “Remove.”
6- To find the game on the account and download it, go to “My Games & Apps,” then “Full Library,” then “All Owned Games” (if you bought a game account). If you bought a subscription account, go to the subscription type, as shown in the image, and you’ll find the subscription games ready for download.
Here’s how to activate the code if you received one from us and don’t know how to activate it on your account:
1- Download the Free VPN app from the mobile store (Android or iPhone), this is a free VPN program. Choose the country of the code. You’ll find the country’s name with the code we sent you in the email. I recommend not using any VPN app other than this one to activate the code properly.

2- Go to the Xbox website from this link
Enter the code in the box that will appear and activate the code, but make sure the VPN is working and connected to the country that the code is from before entering and activating it. If you still get an error code and the activation doesn’t work, check the third method.
