Saudi Team Falcons Wins Free Fire Competition at the Esports World Cup
The Saudi Falcons team claimed the title of Free Fire Champions at the Esports World Cup after five days of intense battles from July 10 to 14. The team achieved an impressive 106 points with 2 BOOYAHs and 65 eliminations on the final day, finishing 7 points ahead of the runner-up, EVOS Esports. They took home the championship trophy and the $300,000 grand prize for first place.
Falcons Secures $300,000 Prize and Qualifies for Free Fire World Series 2024 in Brazil
The grand finals witnessed fierce competition, with Indonesia’s EVOS Esports and Brazil’s Netshoes Miners taking second and third places with 99 and 90 points, respectively. Despite the tough competition, Falcons emerged victorious thanks to the exceptional teamwork of its members. The team also holds the title of Free Fire World Series Southeast Asia (FFWS SEA Spring 2024) champions. Falcons’ victory once again demonstrates their dominance in Free Fire esports competitions.
Commenting on the win, team coach “Conan” said: “Winning this championship is a significant achievement for us as it represents a victory in the heart of our country.”
Player Moshi from Buriram United Esports was named MVP (Most Valuable Player) and awarded $50,000 for his outstanding performance throughout the championship. Moshi achieved 52 eliminations with a total of 38,969 damage and an average accuracy of 23% across all EWC matches.
The Next FFWS Southeast Asia 2024 Tournament
The FFWS Southeast Asia 2024 Fall tournament will begin in August, with the grand finals scheduled for October in Surabaya, Indonesia.
With this victory, Falcons became the first team to qualify for the global finals of the Free Fire World Series (FFWS 2024) in Brazil, set to kick off in November.
